Privacy

Your Privacy

We collect only what we need to serve you: order details, contact information, and preferences you choose to share. We never sell your data.

How We Use It

Your information is used to fulfill orders, provide support, and occasionally share pieces we think you will love. You can opt out at any time.

Cookies & Rights

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and optional ones to improve it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

What we collect

Only what an order requires: your name, delivery address, contact details, order history, and any preferences you choose to share with us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our own servers.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed to fulfil an order — with payment processors to take payment, and with carriers to deliver it. We never sell your data.

Frequently asked

Do you sell or rent my information?

No. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

Why do you email me?

To confirm orders, send tracking, answer your questions, and occasionally share new pieces. Every marketing message can be unsubscribed from in one click, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

What cookies do you use?

Essential cookies keep the site, cart and checkout working, so they cannot be switched off. Optional cookies help us understand what people look at; you can decline them without losing any functionality.

How long do you keep my data?

For as long as we need it to serve you and to meet accounting and tax obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

How do I see or delete what you hold?

Message us and ask. We will confirm what we hold, correct anything wrong, and delete what we are not required to keep.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment is processed by established payment providers over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store full card numbers.
