Our parfums are composed using traditional techniques — enfleurage for jasmine, steam distillation for rose, and solvent extraction for oud. These methods are slower and more expensive than modern synthesis, but they produce fragrances with a depth and complexity that cannot be replicated in a laboratory.

Velvet Lip Color

Sophie Laurent — Grasse's Hidden Genius
Trained at Givaudan, the world's largest fragrance house, Sophie's compositions have been worn at the Cannes Film Festival and the Paris Opera. But her greatest work is not on the red carpet — it is in the private bottles she creates for women who want a scent that belongs to them alone.

Sophie works in a studio in the hills above Grasse, where the air is thick with jasmine and rose from the fields below. She creates only 12 bespoke fragrances a year, each requiring six months of composition and 200 iterations before she is satisfied. "Perfume is not about being perfect," she says.
