We want you to love what you choose. Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How To Return

Request a return through your account or by contacting care, pack the piece as received, and ship it back. We confirm receipt and process your exchange or refund promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale.

When does the 30 days start?

From the delivery date shown on the tracking, not the order date.

What condition must the piece be in?

Unworn and as received, with its packaging. Jewelry that has been worn cannot be resold, so we ask you to try pieces carefully and keep the pouch and box until you are sure.

How do I start a return?

Message us with your order number and the reason, and we will confirm the return address and what to include. Pack the piece as it arrived so it survives the journey back.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to seven business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Can I exchange instead?

Yes. Tell us the piece you want instead and we will hold it where possible, then ship it once the return is on its way.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within a few days of delivery with a photograph. We will put it right — replacement, exchange or refund — and this is not counted against the 30-day window.

Are earrings or hair pieces returnable?

They follow the same policy as long as they are unworn and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, anything that has been worn cannot be accepted.
