Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping typically arrives within 7–14 business days; express options are available at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves the Atelier. If it has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will trace it personally.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all items accurately and at value.

Before your order ships

Orders are processed within one to three business days, Monday to Saturday. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take longer and ship on the schedule given when you ordered. You will receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the atelier.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally to most destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, message us and we will quote a route manually.

How long will delivery take?

Standard international shipping usually arrives within seven to fourteen business days once it has left us. Express options are offered at checkout where the route allows. Remote addresses and customs clearance can add time that is outside our control.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if the parcel has not yet left the atelier. Message us as soon as possible with the order number and the corrected address.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every item accurately and at value, and we cannot under-declare.

My tracking has not moved. What should I do?

Carrier scans can lag during transfer between countries. If there has been no movement for several days, or the estimated window has passed, contact us and we will trace the parcel with the carrier personally.

Can you combine two orders?

Only before shipping. Tell us both order numbers and we will try to merge them if neither has left the atelier.
