What we make
Commissions arrive in a few familiar shapes, though we take them however they come. Most often: a ring re-set with a different stone, an heirloom rebuilt so it can be worn again, an engraved gift, a matched set for a wedding party, or a piece drawn from a photograph and nothing else.
The commission, step by step
- Consultation. You tell us the story — the occasion, the person wearing it, and the budget you have in mind. Nothing is quoted before this conversation.
- Design. We sketch, propose stones and metals, and refine until the drawing is right. You see and approve before anything is made.
- Sourcing and craft. Stones are selected for the piece and the work is done by hand in the atelier.
- Approval and delivery. You see the finished piece before it ships, and it arrives tracked and insured.
Materials we work with
Lab-grown sapphire, emerald, ruby and diamond; freshwater and baroque pearls; S925 sterling silver; gold-tone and gold-plated finishes; top-grain and suede leather. If you have a stone of your own, we will usually set it.

How long does a commission take?
Longer than a stock order, because the design loop is yours to set — a piece moves as fast as your approvals. We give you an expected window when we quote, and we tell you if it shifts.
How much does bespoke cost?
It depends on the stone, the metal and the hours. We quote in writing before any work begins, and nothing is charged beyond that quote without your agreement. A deposit secures your place in the atelier schedule.
Can you remake a piece I already own?
Often, yes. Send photographs and measurements; we will tell you honestly whether the stones and metal can be reused and what that costs.
Can it be engraved?
Most metal pieces can. Engraving is quoted separately and adds a short step to the schedule.
Can bespoke pieces be returned?
No — custom and bespoke commissions are final sale, for the obvious reason that they were made for one person. Stock pieces are covered by our 30-day return policy.
