Maison Elara & Co. is operated by a small team based between Shenzhen and Paris. We source directly from artisans and small ateliers — no middlemen, no mass production.

What We Actually Do

We curate. We test every piece before it enters the collection: the weight of a hairpin, the drape of a silk robe, the longevity of a fragrance. If it does not meet our standard, it does not get listed.

Who We Serve

Our clients are primarily professional women aged 28–45, based in North America, Europe, and East Asia. They buy for themselves, not for occasions. They value craftsmanship over logos.

Orders ship from our Shenzhen atelier within 48 hours. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. All shipments include tracking and insurance.

How we choose what to sell

Nothing enters the collection on a supplier photograph. We hold each piece first and ask four questions: does the weight feel right in the hand, does the finish survive contact with skin and fabric, will the clasp or setting still work in two years, and does it look like the price. Anything that fails one of those does not get listed — which is why the collection is smaller than most.

Where things are made

We work directly with artisans and small ateliers rather than trading companies, so we know who made a piece and what it was made from. That is also why production runs are short: when a leather shoulder bag or a baroque pearl piece sells through, the next batch is made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse.

What we promise

• Honest materials — if it is S925 sterling, gold-plated or lab-grown, we say so, and we say what that means for how it wears.
• Orders ship from our Shenzhen atelier within 48 hours, tracked and insured.
• Replies from a person, in plain language, whether you are asking about sizing or a return.

Do you design the pieces yourselves?

Some are ours, some are curated from ateliers we work with, and a few can be made to your specification through our bespoke service. We do not put our name on anything we have not handled.

Can I see a piece before buying?

We are a small team working between Shenzhen and Paris and do not have a public showroom. Send us a message and we will answer sizing, colour and material questions with photographs of the actual piece.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Often, but not always — some runs are limited by the material itself. Message us with the piece you want and we will tell you honestly whether another batch is planned.
