What is included in free alterations?
Complimentary basic adjustments — length, waist, shoulder and similar — on all our garments, handled by partner tailors at no extra charge. Made-to-order pieces follow the notes on the product page.
How do I book a personal stylist?
Reach us on WhatsApp from any page, or book a video call. Share the occasion, your preferences and budget, and we will send a styling plan within 24 hours.
Is "lifetime styling guidance" really for life?
Yes. As long as you are a Maison Elara customer, you receive free styling and pairing advice with no limit on count or time.
Will the packaging show our brand logo?
The outer shipping carton carries no brand markings. Because our pieces are high-value collectibles, we avoid any prominent branding on the outside of the package, reducing the chance of unwanted attention or theft in transit.
Two inner-gift-box options are available:
1. Default: The inner gift box carries our exclusive, understated logo. This keeps the exterior discreet while preserving the full unboxing ritual for you to experience first-hand.
2. No-logo customization: Let our customer care team know before placing your order, and we will use an inner gift box with no branding at all — from the outer carton to the inner box, everything remains completely unmarked.
Brand presence is not expressed through logos on the outside of the box, but lives in the inner gift box, the wax seal, and every considered detail of the experience. Unless requested otherwise, we ship the logo-bearing inner gift box by default.
